Forme’s heated towel rails can be turned upside down as they are electric heated towel rails not oiled filled heated towel rails. Please note when you do this a grub screw on the leg will be visible when towel not on rail.
On a multi connect rail the power can be connect through either the bottom right hand leg or bottom left hand leg. For a plug in model the power lead comes out of the bottom left hand leg only.

As heat is a very subjective thing a towel rail should be hot enough to hold comfortably but not too hot that it burns or leaves a mark on you. Please note that a heated towel rail will maintain more heat when a towel is placed over it rather than when it is left bare.
The colouring process of PVD colour coating is a method of physical vapor deposition. This process involves the creation of an ultra-thin film of chromium, titanium nitride, or other specially treated alloys on a variety of metals and plastics. This differs to colour dipped or painted product that simply has a thin layer of paint over the core material. PVD colouring product will not peel or lift with general use unlike paint which may peel when cleaned or with general use.
