RETURN POLICY
Effective 1st July 2024
Our returns policy is broken down into three categories. Please read through carefully to ensure that your product is assessed in the correct return category.
Please note that once goods are delivered to your designated address they are the purchasers responsibility. Any returns outlined below will not be assessed until photos and a reference to purchasers order number are emailed through to info@formebathroomcollection.com.au. Additionally once items have been installed there is no return available under any circumstance.
If your items is not a return but you are unsure as to what you received is what you ordered please email your enquiry to info@formebathroomcollection.com.au
Any return requested will be assessed under –
Damaged or Faulty Goods – Unfortunately sometimes in transit goods can sustain damage. Please ensure goods are inspected and any damage reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. To report damage please email a photos of the damage along with your order number for reference to info@formebathroomcollection and our team will work swiftly to correspond back to you and find a solution.
Please note as goods are often ordered and sent to installer or to a building site it is important that trade persons inspect goods prior to installation. Goods that are damaged during the installation process or identified after the installation process with not replaced as damage may occur during installation and as such this is not the responsibility of the supplier.
If you believe your product has failed after installation please refer to our warranty against defects policy.
Change of design/Change of mind – Sometimes plans change. We understand this. Hence we have a 5 day return policy from date of delivery to wholesaler. Please note upon receiving goods if they will not suit your project we offer a 5 day return policy as long as goods are still in their original packaging. The 5 day return will incur a return freight fee for the value of the original freight charge. Also note there is a $25 processing fee for any returns on top of this to cover administration costs. If the original packaging is no longer available or not in saleable condition a return will not be permitted.
Also please note no exchanges for goods are permitted.
To avoid return fees you are able to return the product in saleable condition with prior agreement of return to 12 Clare Mace Crescent Berkeley Vale 2261.
Please email photos of any return and reason to info@formebathroomcollection.com.au. The team will review and reply back to you.
Please note refunds for returns are only generated after goods received back and inspected.
Excluded from Return – There are some products which are excluded from being permitted to be returned. These included but are not limited to clearance items, custom and specialty made product, goods missing parts or commercial order quantities.
