DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Many thanks for your order. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of order being received from our Central Coast Warehouse. If there is any issue with stock availability you will be notified and offered an alternative. For all approximate delivery times please see shipping fee schedule. Please note these time frames are estimations and will vary depending upon courier/postage service and their availabilities. You will be provided with the tracking details for your shipment. Please keep this handy and track directly with the courier. If the delivery is required to a remote location please note that this may not be accessible by all of the courier companies. If this is the case it will be delivered to the nearest transport depot or Australia Post Centre and you will be notified by courier company for collection.
Please note you will only ever be charged for shipping once. If for some reason your order has to be split by our warehouse into multiple separate deliveries there will be no additional shipping fee incurred by the purchaser.
By purchasing any of the Forme Products the purchaser accepts these terms including an automatic authority to leave if no one is at delivery address to accept delivery. Please note that it is the purchaser responsibility if the product is damaged, lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by courier. We encourage delivery to PO Box’s as well as Australia Post Parcel lockers to assist with easy delivery and acceptance of goods out of any weather conditions.
Please note that sometimes items can sustain damage during transit. As such any damage needs to be reported within 24 hours of delivery so as we can correct this for you. Any damage reported after this will be at the discretion of Forme Bathroom Collection to replace.
Pickups are greatly encourage. We would love to welcome you to our warehouse at West Gosford. Please note all orders needs to be placed at least 24 hours prior to pickup to allow our team time to pack and have your goods ready for collection. Our address is 5 Carnarvon Road West Gosford. Pickups are available between 7.30am – 2.30pm – Monday – Friday. If you need a delivery pickup outside this time please contact our office on 1300 621 151 and we would be happy to arrange with you.
